Customer Service Representative

Department: Customer Service

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Purpose of the position: Provide services and communication between MetriTech and its clients regarding ordering and use of paper and online products, information, and problem resolution. “Clients” can be users of the product or prime contractor’s customer service staff. Assist Human Resources department with customer service to seasonal job applicants.
