The CPF measures an individual's preference for social contact. In this self-report test, candidates answer True or False to 40 statements about personal attitudes and reactions to situations. Extroversion is particularly important in positions involving sales, customer service, and reception. Introversion is critical in many technical, factory, and data entry positions.
